In order to answer the most common questions regarding the purchase and shipment of orders, please read the policies outlined on this page.

 

Payment

Payment is expected at the time of purchase, and orders are shipped when the payment is complete. Credit card and debit card payments are accepted and will be processed through a highly secure payment processor that exceeds the most stringent industry standards for safety. Shipping

Once payment is submitted, orders will be prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days of the order date. Domestic orders will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail. Most packages will arrive in 2 to 5 business days from the day of shipment.

International orders will be shipped via First Class International. Delivery times vary by destination. Any subsequent customs duties, tariffs, or import taxes are the sole responsibility of the buyer, and My Dear Fellow Co. will not be liable for covering or reimbursing any of these charges.

 

Refunds and Exchanges

It is our goal to make sure that you are 100% happy with your purchase, but there are times when a refund or exchange may be appropriate.  My Dear Fellow Co. will review each situation on a case-by-case basis. If an incorrect or damaged order is received, a picture displaying the damages or incorrect order is required to be sent to info@mydearfellow.com within 5 days of receipt.  If the claims are determined to be legitimate, a new item will be issued within 2 to 3 business days. Each case will be reviewed individually to establish which party is responsible for incurring the shipping costs of returning the items.

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any other reason, a refund or exchange will be processed once the item is returned in the original condition as delivered. The items must be unopened and unused. The shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
